I am new at this forum, but I find it very informative. Here is my timeline so far...
Married to USC
PD 7/30/2018
BI notices 8/03/18
BI completed 8/20/18
Nothing after that. My question is as follow,
I am currently under DACA with work permit. My lawyer said that I qualify under
I-245. Can someone here tell me what I should expect due to my application. Is my process going to be faster because of the I-245? And do I still have to do the interview?
