I posted a while back on how I was no longer able to check my status online and several members replied that they faced the same problem. So I’ve been calling the USCIS automated phone system for updates....... I called today after about 3 weeks and the reply was that the information was not available for my file.
Has anyone faced this problem? What other options are there for checking application status? Thx.
