Still no interview notice after after 4 days of scheduled interview
Hi guys,
My online account says interview scheduled on 11 September, my case status that has been at “at this time Uscis cannot provide you with information...”, changed on 14th September to interview was scheduled after almost 4 months in that status! But up until now, I’ve not gotten the interview notice in the mail! Though when we filed through our Attorney, we didn’t receive the notice for our I-485, it was our attorney that received it, but I-130 and the rest was mailed to us. So my question is: is it possible that they could send the interview notice to our attorney without sending to us, since they didn’t send us the receipt of filing in the first place?? Or MUST they send it to us and as well, to our attorney?? It’s been 4 days now and still no mail, how long, at maximum does it take to arrive?? Thanks friends in advance for your answers
