I-130 and I-485 got denied
Hi guys. My I-130 and I-485 got denied coz my ex wife and I got our divorced done back home while we’re both here. USCIS requested for a proof with Notice of Intent to Deny but seemed they were not convinced enough. Today, a message popped up stating I’m denied. Now, my current wife and I had issues couple of months back and she said she’s no more interested. This month end will make our marriage a 2 year old marriage. Now I have a new girlfriend after my US citizen wife left me months ago. But we’re still hoping to go do divorce soon. What’s your advice please? Thanks in anticipation.
