Hello guys,
(Marriage based)
I received a letter saying I need to "submit a complete Federal Income Tax Return submitted to the IRS from the sponsor (my husband) on Form I-864, Affidavit of support for the most recent tax year."
My husband (US Citizen) have sent them the tax return from the last 3 years including 1040, W2, pay-stubs, employment letter etc. We are not sure if we should resend the same documents for the 2017 or if we should order tax transcripts and send them? I heard some people saying that the tax transcript is more "complete" than the tax return or send the tax return because that's what they requested?
Did anyone receive this letter before? Please help! I need to send this asap.
