What should I do next after the immigration judge termite my removal proceedings
So I’ve been married for the past 2years now. I went for my green card interview last year October and just after some couple of weeks my wife’s i130 got approved and nothing on my i485
since then nothing has happen: with all the info pass and contacting ombudsman and congressman still no good news. So last June I received a letter from the Uscis stating that my i485 has been administrative close because I am in removal proceedings (asylum) and the judge has jurisdiction over my case. That wasn’t really shocking to me because I already knew something like this is goin to happen. So my lawyer has already file to the judge to terminate my proceedings which the judge grant the decision and terminate my case.
So my question is, did the Uscis already know my removal proceeding have been terminated by the judge or should make an info pass and go there and tell them
