Want to apply for AP for my wedding
Hi everyone,
My fiancee and I are getting married this October 26, 2017 in California and we will apply for adjustment of status as soon as we get married. We are booking our arrangements for our wedding on May 12, 2019 in the Philippines. I hope we will get our AP weeks before May 12, 2019 if we will apply at the end of October 2017. I'm super nervous about the AP because there are expensive downpayment that we can no longer refund if we won't be able to come in May 2019. Also, how long does it usually take to get the AP approved nowadays? Can I ask the USCIS to expedite my AP application for wedding purpose? Appreciate your answers everyone!
