H1B H4 stamping in Vancouver
My husband and I came to Vancouver for visa stamping on 9/17. Luckily had a close friend who lives in Vancouver so have been staying in there place. We went a day ahead to downtown and drove around the consulate area to make ourselves familiar. Airport like security, nice guards, friendly. They took fingerprints and other info and waited for interview on the 20th floor. The wait was around 30-40 mins. Quick 2-3 mins interview

Questions asked to my husband (H1)
- Where do you work?
- What do you do?
- Do you primarily work at the HQ or at client site? (Consular got confused as my husband mentioned that his company has big clients and named few so he must have thought that he works offsite so he had to convince that he works on site)
- How long have you guys been married? Any kids?
- Is the kid US born?

Asked me?
- So you went to college in the US?
- Were you always on H4?

Then he said Visa approved and should be ready in 3-5 days. gave the 3 paper with the instructions on tracking.

September 20th and the tracking system says administrative processing. I see few post having their passport ready in 1-2 days. Not sure what I did wrong. (My DS160 was new and I mentioned it at the first window and the girl had said it is updated)

Anyone on the same boat??
