I'm little confused about the Priority date . It is usually the day received by USCIS right ?and My I-130 is on different date which one has to be consider priority date?
Chicago Filers Update please. Does the Chicago process the applications slow ? Considering the fact it receives the applications from all over the US.
July 2018 here and they received the RFE about taxes.
