Received Green Card But had an RFE for I-693
HI All,
I had my greencard interview on August 12 (EB1), got approved same day and got green card one week after. However, on September 17th, I received an RFE for I-693. The I-693 I had initially filed with my I-485 in November 2017 had expired. I had a new one that I handed to the immigration officer who conducted my interview. My question is has anybody been in this situation? How do you even respond to USCIS? Should I just write a letter telling them that the document was provided to the immigration officer? Should I include a copy of my I-693 (patients copy in that letter)? Should I ignore the RFE since I do not have a pending I-485 with the USCIS?
