AOS interview (9/25) @ Boston (EB-2)
Just came back from my AOS interview and would like to share my personal experience.

I had my interview today at Boston JFK federal building 8:15am. Went in at 8am and handed my AOS interview notice to the front desk officer. Waited for about 1 hour, one of the officers called my name and brought me into the interview room.

I think the interview went smooth and fast (only 10 mins...) but I am not quit sure about the outcome.
We took the oath first then the officer asked to see my passport, and then he started ask me my name, DOB, and address. He then wanted me to describe my job. then he wants me to sign on a sheet to check my signature. He then asked me some questions from I-485 part 8. Then he asked me if there is anything I would like to know or any question I have for him. I said no (my brain is frozen).

He then told me the whole process that currently there is no green card spots available from the previous year. We have to wait until October in which they will release some spots. Therefore, he say everything seems ok to him and he will recommend my case to his supervisor and I just need to wait for the approval letter. If I haven't heard anything back for three months, I can follow up.

Then he started to chat with me about Boston restaurants in Chinatown for another 10 mins. Then he asked me if I have any questions for him. I said no (Because my brain is still frozen...), and he let me go.

I thought the process went smooth (?) but this evening, I got the USCIS text/email message about my case being updated. I checked my case online and it shows that my I-485 and I-485J "interview completed and my case must be reviewed" ......I am now a little worried :(
