Adjustment of Status - I-485

Hi guys. Remember I posted that my I-130 and I-485 was denied due to the divorce. Now,!8 got the main letter starting that o have the opportunity to reopen my case or have it reconsidered. Now I knew that the case was denied due to the Notice of intent to Deny that was sent to me earlier to proof the validity of the divorce made from my home country. My lawyer did not or sent it very late coz I was given a time frame of 30 days to send it back. My lawyer is a scam. Anyways, what’s you Guy’s advice? How do I reopen? If I reopen, does my marriage date still counts or gonna start afresh? What should I do to win this case by getting my green card approved? How much is the fee? What form should I send? What should be the supporting documents? Should I file to reopen both I-485 and I-130? Thanks all.
