Need a little help preparing
Hello!

I’m a May 2018 filer married to us citizen.

We met starting 2017 and got married in March. When we applied, my husband was working a full time job and that is what we sent as evidence of support. Shortly after he pursued a career in tattooing and he’s figuring out how to report it and he says maybe he’ll not be able to file joint taxes with me. I still don’t hace a work permit so I’m not making any income.

I’ve noticed readings posts here that is imperative that couples prove that hey share finances but we are still newlyweds and really don’t have much evidence of that.

I’m so scared about everything, I’m planning on going to a lawyer to display my case and get guidance for the interview but since I filed with a paralegal I don’t know if they’ll take me in.

Can you guys share some advice? This application process is killing my mood and my husband seems little worried about it, he thinks because we are truly married it will be enough.

Thanks for reading so far, please share any advice.
