Does EAD card depend on previous "Interview ready to be scheduled"?
Hello everyone!
Here an AOS filer from Texas, based on marriage to USC (c9). My timeline:
PD: 06/29/18
Biometrics: 07/16/18
"Fingerprint Review Was Completed" (i-485 & i-765): 08/08/18
But still not changed to "Interview ready to be scheduled" in i-485, neither in i-765 . I have seen here that in most or all the cases that the status changes to "New Card is Being Produced" there is a previous "Interview ready to be scheduled". Please, anyone that has received the EAD without this previous status?
