H1B 221g Hyderabad Consulate
I attended H1 interview yesterday at Hyd consulate and I was given 221g after checking all my documents. Interview questions were very normal like employer name, salary, title project description etc a the end VO looked at the i129 and issued yellow slip and asked for below documents in an email.

He also said, "I know you may have all documents but we need digital copy, please send us below documents so we can process it soon"

Below is my background.

I work in EVC model. I am working for same employer and Client from last 3 years. My employer is small but it is a legit company with absolutely clean paperwork. Relationship and paperwork between employer and vendor is also legit and clean. My Client is VERY known company have I have the client letter.

> W2 and tax returns for last 2 years. --> I have it.
> i129 and LCA --> I have it.
> Employment agreement between me and my employer - i have it.
> A copy of contact between my employer and end client. Since I am in EVC, my will be sending contracts between Employer and Vendor and Vendor and Client.
> A letter (on letterhead) from personnel department at the US end client company (the job site where you will actually work) stating that there is a vacancy for you. - We are sending Client letter for this. It was issued back in May when my H1 extension was filed. (Client won't issue new letter stating it's still valid because assignment end date is sometime in next 2 years on client letter)
> A detailed description of the project to which you will be assigned. Include a complete technical description of the project, employer, timeline, current status, number of employees assigned, worksite location, and marketing analysis of the final product - My employer says that this is not applicable for us because.

Can anyone suggest if they have faced similar situation or suggest our if our approach is correct.

Regards,
Amit Kanwar.
