EAD waiting with an offer
Hello,
I processed my I-765 on July 15th. It has been 78 days and I'm still waiting for an update. I have two questions,
1- My case forwarded to a different USCIS office, in the letter it says it is to fasten my process. Does anyone have the same experience and would it really fasten my process?
2- I've read somewhere that If you have an offer of employment you may also be able to request an emergency authorization at a local USCIS office. Currently, I have an offer and I don't know how long they would wait for me. Did anyone request emergency authorization before? Should I request one?
