Spouse in jail
Hello guys,
I need an urgent advice, i am married a to a US citizen, i have my ead, waiting for my AOS interview,unfortunately ,my spouse was arrested and jailed few months ago and sentenced to six years. I was told that i can appear for the interview without him as long as i can give evidence which i have. Although,his offence was not related to domestic violence. We never saw this coming ,and we only have few pictures, filed taxes,joint credit card account, joint lease, joint medical insurance and life, drivers licenses and birth certificate together, reciepts of money and cate packs sent to him in prison,letters we send to each other in jail, is that enough proof ? We both have seperate bank accounts and only have 10 pictures. Pls advice
