Help please! I don't know what else to try
Hi y'all, I'll cut it short this time.
Married 2016 to my lady, American Born Citizen
Filed for all papers (EAD, i485, i130) on April 2017
Received EAD on August 2017 (it expired and I'm still waiting for the new one, can't even renew my DL)
i 130= Last update was on April 20th, 2017: "Case was received and we sent you a notice on how we'll process your case" blah blah...
I-485= Case Status doesn't even provide me info anymore, it says "at this time we cannot provide information".... I checked on MyAccount, last update was March 14th, 2018. "ready to schedule for an interview"..... bullshit
It's been 17 months now, I tried the webpage, I tried the 1-800 number, I tried the Infopass and went to my office (Oakland Park, FL) for nothing.
What the hell is going on? anybody with a similar issue? is it just my office or am I missing something??
It's becoming a big big problem now, I can't even renew my driver's permit. And it's putting my whole career on hold until I get the damn thing! Any help will be really appreciated!!
