So I called to expedite on Sept 12 and was told I would receive a mail requesting for evidence
I waited 2 weeks no mail
Called back and was told to wait few more days
On Sept 21st , I got an update that expedite was completed. Yet no mail for evidence
I called again On Sept 25th and was told that they can't see that I expedited my case. I was Surprised.
I told the tier 2 officer that I want to to another expedite. He told me to wait for mail again.
Sept 28th I got an update of card is In production and advance parole approval.
They didn't ask for evidence.
I also contacted Congress on Sept 10th and on sept 27th they mailed back that USCIS said my case is within processing time and I have to be patient.
They confirmed to me that although my i485 is ready to be scheduled for interview since July 16 but my file is still at NBC
But they promised to follow up with my local office to see if I'm in line for an interview. Got I131 & I765 approval notice delivered Oct 1st
