Please help, its been more than 8 months since our I485 interview and there is no answer.

Anyone had this experience in NYC ?
Its been more than 8 months since we went to interview with my wife. Still no answer and nothing came yet. So couple months ago I did infopass and went there, the woman said she is not sure if I will be invited for a second interview. Since then there is no answer. Our interview went pretty good, we were laughing and officer said i will be receiving answer in couple of weeks. What should I do ? In january it will be 2 years since we got married.
