I485 ready to schedule for interview as of June 19 2018
I am a DACA who traveled and reentered with advance parole, married to a USC on March this year, I have no updates on my EAD or advance parole, any body from Chicago can share dates please, I heard of people who received interview notice in less than 6 months here in Illinois but at the same time other people that has almost 2 years and no updates.
Also my DACA EAD will expire in March 2019 but I applied for the combo card back on May when I sent my AOS package, will my combo application be rejected since I applied too soon before the 180 days before my DACA EAD expired or will they give another one because now it is about 150 days until it expires. I thought that since my status was changing to C9 I could apply for a new one but I didn't know that I needed to wait for the 180 days or less before the current one expired.
