I am planning to go for first time H1B stamping, i did my masters and was in F1 earlier. I have few basic questions and need your help.
1. Do i need to go to Canada or India for first time stamping? (i know this may sound a basic question, but i would like to check here with your advice)
2. If Canada, which one is better - Vancouver or Toronto?
