I 485 Chicago, 2016 case and no answer
Hello community,
Been reading oyur cases and hope to find some tips here.
Applied for adjusment of Status based on marriage in September 2016, received 2 travel docs already, 2 work permits, traveled home twice...everything was going very well.
In March 2017 had the interview and since then no answer. Interview was very weel, we were told will get an answer withing 30 days...now it's been 17 months and nothing :(.
Did about 5 infopasses, contacted congressman....everybody is saying the same " under processing, you have to wait". ANybody expiriencing same thing?
In January 2018 got a letter asking for the new medical exam and more proofs, thats we sent immediatly...but still no answer.
please HELP, what else can we do? Is so frustranting...I130 saying that are processing January 218, while our is from 2016 and no answer.
