Can I apply i765 after i485 interview.
On 09-27-18 I had my i485 interview, and still no decision made. I am on F2A Category, i130 approved on Oct, 2016. I didn't apply for i765 when i filed i 485 last year (Sept, 2017), so now my current work permit h1B is about to expire, can i apply i765 now, How long that might take to approve?
