Hello,
I have a special case and I need help, please.
I came to the US as a F1 student 6 years ago. after study English and Business certificate, I was on my OPT and I got married.
We went to the interview for my Green Card and the Immigration officer didn't make decision and our case was under review.
After 3 months, I found out my wife was cheating on me. she even got pregnant from another guy :(
so, now, I want to divorce from her, but my case is still under review.
My Work permit expires on may/19. The company that I'm working more than a years offers me to sponsor my EB2 green card.
I've talked to one lawyer and he said it is possible, but I don't have money to consult with another one to double check.
Could someone give me an opinion? Is it possible? How long does it take?
