So this is my case:
I filed I-130,131,485, and 765 on Feb 5
I had my Biometrics taken on Feb 16
I got RIE sometime in late march(I don't remember the date), and they received my response on April 11
On August 14 my I-485 Changed to "Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview"
It's been 247 days since they received my case, Every time I ask my lawyer about my case, she is telling me to wait and there is nothing that she can do.
Do you guys have any advice for me ? I know that the RIE might "reset the clock", I'm thinking to call USCIS but I don't know what to ask or tell them, and it's the same with contacting the senator/congressman office
