What are my options in RFE case?
Hello everyone
Finally just finished my interview and it went well and I and the officer said, but he told me to get new medical exam because the old one is expired. Now I know that's will take time, but I heard some people say you can call and ask for approve even though you have an RFE, can I do that? OR what are my options and can do here in this case please?
Also, how long for USCIS to receive RFE and when to approve it?
