Just checked our case status on the website – our interview has been scheduled!
Here's the timeline (we live in MA):
November 14, 2017 – Case received by USCIS
Early December 2017 – Biometrics appointment
December 28, 2017 – EAD/AP combo card issued
January 6, 2018 – Combo card delivered
Then it was quiet for a long time...
June 2018 – I scheduled an appointment with USCIS. We were told the interview would be scheduled for August at the latest.
October 12, 2018 – Case status on the website updated: Interview has been scheduled.
I didn't receive a text or an email about this, though I used to receive electronic updates, and the NOA is still on the way. My EAD expires in December and I just got a new job, so we are THRILLED. I will keep you guys posted :)
