Visa Stamping from Canada/ Mexico

Hello all

This is my second h1b visa stamping and it is a ----------- experience at ottawa consulate.

Time: 9:25

Me: Good morning officer
VO: Good morning sir. Can i get your I-765 and DS-160.

VO: So, you work for xxx company
Me. Yes

VO: what is your job title.
Me: ZZZ.

VO: How many years you or on H1B
Me: 5 years.

VO: So you are having your I-140 approved.
Me: Yes, and i am about to give her the copy and she said (I dont need at this point sir).

VO: Do you have your previous visa in your old passport.
Me: Hand overed the old passport with old visa stamping and she stamped cancelled on the old visa.

VO: SO its different employer before.
Me: yes

VO: Is this company a software company.
Me: Yes

Vo: Whats your highest level of education
Me: Master's at xxx USA.

Vo: Are you married.
Me: yes

Vo: DO you have any kids?
Me: yes

VO: Is he/she a US citizen
Me:Yes

Vo: Where do you work?
Me: At client location at xxx address and xxx city.

Vo: Oh ok what is your pay
Me: xxx USD

VO: Your client is at xxx city and your pay is xxx usd and i think its low.
Me: My client is at xxx city but i dont live there but i commute to the client location.

VO: Ok, sir have a seat and i will call you.

TIME: 9:45

Another officer (VO2) called me to the other counter and told me to have a seat (this is the counter for diplomats where you can sit for the interview).

Questions:
Can I have your paystubs.
Can I have your Bank deposits.
Can i have your W-2 ( three years)
Can i have your Labour certificate
Can I have your I-129 (actual application).
Can I have your Employer letter.
Can I have your client letter.

VO2: I will have to make copies and everything and i will return the originals back to you.
Me: Sure

Waiting for about 20 minutes and she came back and gave me the originals back to me and questions again.

VO2: What are your job duties.
Me: xxx

Vo2: Who is your supervisor at your client locations:
Me: xxx

VO2: Where is the client location.
Me: xxx

VO2: is your employer paying on time
Me: Yes

She said she would have to enter all the info in the computer and will be back.

She came back after 20 min and said VO1 is still interviewing others on line and once done its your turn.

After 15 minutes my name is called by VO1.

TIME: 10:55 and I am the last person for the day it seems.

VO: Gave my i-765 and my ds-160 back and typing for about 5-7 minutes without asking me any questions.
And finally she said visa is approved and i said to my self " Thank God".

CAUTION:

PLEASE PLEASE TAKE ALL THE DOCUMENTATION GUYS. DO NOT MISS OR FORGET ANY DOCUMENT. THEY WOULD LIKE TO SEE THE DOCUMENTATION FROM US.
