Has anyone here got anything after their service requests?I filed two service requests for my penidng I 765 that they they responded “my case is under review” . Pd is January 18 and uscis customer service always told me to wait a little bit more so they can send me ead. I don’t know is there any point doing this or I should just call congressman because this is really becoming sad.. my case is stucked at nbc for 270 days and nobody is doing anything about it
