Hi y’all. I feel like I’m losing my mind right now.
Timeline:
04/23 filed I-485, I-765 and I-130 with a lawyer
04/25 I-485 accepted
05/29 I-485 ready to be scheduled for an interviw
AND THAT’S IT. I’ll be outside normal processing time for the EAD IN A FEW DAYS, currently at 176 days. Service center at NBC for I-765 and Chicago for I-485. I don’t know what to do anymore, the lawyer is telling me to wait but I’m really running out of patience. I see a lot of cases that were filed waaay after mine that got their EAD and even went to the interview. Anyone have similar experience? Will the status just magically update before I’m outside normal processing time?
