OCI Card

Hello,

I just got my OCI card approved & shipped to me. Following is timeline...see below my signature. Read from bottom to top.

The incorrect documents they are referring to is due to filing under standard OCI card ; my application should have been for OCI in lieu of PIO on the govt web site. Be extra careful filling out the details on the Indian govt website.

CKGS took over 2 weeks dues to an incorrect doc filed as noted above (& seen below in the timeline). If you file everything correctly and post online to the govt website, you should be all set and get approved in 10 days or so
