Hi Guys,
I am planning to go my second H1B visa stamping to Ottawa first week of November, I am FTE of a client for past 7 years and first stamp was at Ottawa for the same client. I am on 7th year of H1B but i did not got my H1B stamped when i was on the 2nd 3 year term of H1B and I did received an RFE last year during the H1B extension (7th year same FTE employee of Client with approved I-140), RFE resolved successfully.
Is it Safe to get Visa stamped in Ottawa?
