me : passed
vo: checked LCA, wage is $xx.xx/hr , employment verification letter shows $xx.xx, why so much difference?
me: LCA is min wage level Sir and this is my current billing.
vo: give me your pay stubs with your both employers
me: passed
vo: give me all documents you have with you
me: passed all documents
vo: printed 221-G form which says visa is refused because you have been found ineligible, this decision constitutes a denial of visa.
vo: took all documents along with passport and I-797. your case will be in Admin Processing for next 2 weeks.
