EAD being produced - Timeline and Combo Card Question
Hi all,
I am an F-1 student on STEM OPT in Boston area (Country of birth: Turkey, Country of citizenship: Canada), adjusting status based on marriage to a U.S. citizen (through an attorney).
Here is my timeline:
PD: June 15th, 2018 (I130/131/485/765)
Biometrics: July 17th, 2018
Fingerprint review completed: July 19th, 2018
Case ready to be scheduled for interview: July 24th, 2018
New card is being produced (I-765): October 15th, 2018
No update on my I-131 - am I safe in assuming that the EAD will be a combo card with Advanced Parole?
Also, has anybody here traveled while adjusting from OPT to permanent resident status? I dont know if I need to update the travel signature on my I-20 or not.
