Renewing EAD/AP because of pending I485
Hi- I am starting to work on the process of renewing my EAD/AP since it expires in April 2019 and I have no word yet of my green card interview (PD 12/2017, ready to be scheduled for a while but nothing yet). Am I considered category c9 on the I765 app if i was the first time I applied? I am assuming this doesn't change but just want to be sure. Thanks!
