I have been a viewer of the posting in the last 3 months, seeing everyone share their experience. today, as I read another posting, who file on the same day, already got EAD card due to an experdize, I was strongly encouraged, and called hotline just now. Hopefully I can get a speed up soon.
My case: C09, marry to USC.
USCIS receive date: July, 18, 2018
Case ready to be interviewed: Aug.20, 2018
do nothing until today.
I called, saying that I request for a speedup due to financial loss: miss job opportunity. there is rare opportunity of a permanent employee opportunity, if I miss this one, who knows there will another 6 months or 1 year waiting time. This is my excuse.
I received an email interview request yesterday, if they need document proof, I have one.
The girl on the phone is very nice, she help me to create the request with detail info. So, now I just need to prey!
