I-485 Family Based Application - Interview Result ?
Hi All,

I am sharing my I-130 and I-485 experience below.

Timeline:
Application Type: Family Based Application
Application Filed: Dec 7, 2017 (I-130, I-485)
Biometric Completed: Jan 5, 2018
Interview Scheduled: Sept 11, 2018
Interview Date: Oct 16, 2018 at 7:15 AM, Sacramento USCIS Office

Interview Questions:
Personal: Names, Parents Names, Date of Birth, Marriage Date, Marriage Place, Vacation, First Date, Employer Locations and some personal questions which were pretty straight forward
Documents: Home Lease, Car Insurance, Joint Bank Account, 401K Beneficiary,
Notes: Interview was pretty normal. Me and my spouse were interviewed together.

Interview Outcome:
It seems officer which was supposed to take interview called in sick on that day, so another officer took interview. In the end he said, he is recommending for an approval. He will just verify the details in system to see everything is aligned. You should expect your green card in the email.

It's been more than a week but there is no update on case status in either uscis case status or dhs site. It still says `Interview was scheduled` for I-485 and `case received` for I-130. When should I expect my green card or how long it takes to reflect changes in case status.
