Hi guywanted to share my update as my EAD got approved .
Aos through marriage . Submitted I 485, I 130 , I 131 , I 785.

October 19 th request expedited financial hardship
Case got close the same day due that I was still under the normal processing time
October 20th contacted congresswoman
October 22nd congresswoman replied with the release form sent it back right away
Then emailed her called no answer ....
October 25th submitted a case with ombudsman.
October 26th card in production !!!!
Conclusion I have no idea what really made it come through since the congresswoman never replied . I doubt that the ombudsman has the time to review my request as their delay is 60 days for a reply.
So maybe the congresswoman did contacted Uscis but I have no sign of any request on both my Uscis account .
So bottom line guys do what you have to do don’t let go , my lawyer had told me not to do anything and just wait wish I couldn’t afford cuz I’m about to lose my job. But despite their advice I went and use all my resources .
Now the long wait starts really for my interview ..... but I don’t care since I will finally be able to go back to my job .
