I'm going to sound like a crazy person but look on my timeline
1. Form I485, I130, I765 packages complete send : Sept 25, 2018
2. Receipt notification letter: Oct 03, 2018
3. recibe BIO- appointment: Oct 12, 2018
4. REQUEST FOR INITIAL EVIDENCE (I-485) OCT, 23 2018
The letter is asking us to submit all supporting documentation summited to the IRS for the most recent tax year. (It kind of weird because we already did when we send the package) and then the letter said something about my husband (the petitioner) did not meet the 125 percent for the federal poverty guideline for the petition's household size. MY HUSBAND DID 78,000 US last year and the housing for two people is 20,575.
Should I send the W2 for last years o make an appointment to address this mistake?
