2017 NYC filers
Hello,
My PD is 2017 July, marriage based AOS filed from Manhattan. I can say from the bottom of my heart, I’m so glad for those who had a 2018 PD and got the Green Card already in hand, but my question is, what is going on with us 2017 filers? Is there anyone who knows what cases are being interviewed now?
I keep checking the USCIS web site, but my case still says “USCIS cannot provide info””, so when I called them they said that NYC filers procedure time is 17-36 month now,just wait. Well frankly, at this point I’m happily waiting till December, since that is gonna be our 2 years wedding anniversary with my husband, so at least I would get a 10 years GC, but it would be great to know where is my case at and when can I expect to be done with this. I haven’t seen my family in the past two years and since I overstayed my ESTA, everybody recommend me not to travel outside the US, evethough I have an AP...
Please share your thoughts if you are in the same situation! It would be good to know that some of us 2017 NYC filers are getting closer to the end of this.
