New Rule Medical Examination I-693
I got my medical examination for my AOS (marriage based to an USC) and civil surgeon signed on 6/29/2017 - USCIS got package in 8/21/2018 Which should be my PD. (Less than 60 days).

According to the new rule that will fall in place after November 1st. 2018 “if the surgeon signed no more than 60 days before submitting the AOS application the Medical Examination I-693 should be good for 2 years”...

My question is:

Am I right to use those for me interview of AOS or should I get new ones to be safe and not get the RFE?

Thanks a lot!
