Citizenship

Here is my Timeline:

3/2/18 - Priority Date
3/21/18 - Biometrics
9/24/18 - Received Notification online that my interview was scheduled for 10/29/18
10/29/18 - Attended and passed interview
10/30/18 - Received online notification that my Oath Ceremony was Scheduled for 11/20/18

The following were the 6 questions that I was asked:
1. We elect a U.S Representative for how many years?
2. If both the President and Vice President can no longer serve, who becomes President?
3. What does the President's cabinet do?
4. How many justices are on the Supreme Court?
5. What do you show loyalty to when you say the pledge of Allegiance?
6. What did the declaration of Independence do?

During the Interview, the officer mostly went over my application and tried to confirm everything.

I answered the 6 questions correctly and so no further questions were asked. I was asked to write a sentence on a iPad. The officer was very friendly and just asked general questions about where I work, what I do, how long I have been here etc.

I wanted to share my journey and hopefully it will help anyone still going through the process. I thought my Oath ceremony will take 60-90 days, but I got notification the very next day that my Oath Ceremony had been scheduled and it seems like things are moving a little faster at least for the Chicago field office. Hope this helped and I wish good luck to anyone who is still waiting. It took me 19 years, but I am looking forward to becoming a Citizen of this amazing country!
