Does anyone has the same situation
Hello guys,
My case is a bit different than most of the cases here. I was wandering whether anyone else is going through the same.
I had my GC interview back in August. My application wasn't approved because the GC numbers where not available anymore (in august visa bulletin changed and the dates regressed). I have heard some people had the same experience in late August and September.
So in October all dates became current again but nothing changed with my case. I see people here having their I-485 approved in October and some of you received your cards already. But for me it's been more than two month after an interview and no update at all. it almost looks like they put the cases on same shelf and there is no one to go back to them.
Is anyone having the same situation? I wander whether some of you had the case put on hold in August/September but approved in October?
