RFE after 120 days
Anyone else received a request for additional evidence after 120 days of wait?
PD: july 2nd
FP: aug 1st
nothing since then, and received a RFE for form I 485 for 2017 tax docs from spouse 3 days ago.
I just called USCIS and the lady said will take 60 days to get a response. Does that mean I have to wait another 60 days to hear back for my EAD?
Anyone else in similiar situation? I have a job offer that's been waiting for me for 4 months now and i'm worried they're gonna lose patience and let me go.
