Here is my experience for my I-765 (C09), NBC
App 06/15/2018
Card produced 10/29/2018
Case approved 10/30/2018
Card mailed out 10/31/2018
I am still waiting for my card. I think the range from card produced to card mailed is so close. After I get my card, I will keep you guys post.
The NBC processing time is 4 month to 6 months. I was considered submitted an expedite request but after I read some information about requirement for expedite, I just give up.
My case is pretty fast, hope everyone lucky as well
