case i485 and asylum application cancellation
Hi, I came in in july 2016 apply for asylum in november 2016. last year may 2017 i got married to us citizen. in december 2017 i sent an application to withdraw my asylum as my lawyer told me to.we have fedex receipt that they received the file but never heard of them if they cancel. due to my marriage to us citizen i filed i485 and had my interview yesterday, the officer told me that everything is fine base on marriage , only one thing she cant approve me now cause she has to request the asylum fille to look.
is there anyone in that similar situation before? will they deny my case if she goes to look at my asylum?
