I-131 Advance Parole Renewal
I am in the process of filing a renewal of my husband's advance parole documents and I am stuck and need a little help please. I am confused as to which box I need to select under Part 2. Application Type. We have a pending AOS I-485 etc and we had our interview this past February and it has been radio silence since then.
We just got back from Europe and had zero issues using it to enter when we arrived in Chicago O'Hare but it will not be valid for our next planned trip.
Also, what other evidence do I need to include in the packet?
