Expediting EAD for insurance purposes
So I am typing this while on vacation and it's 11:59pm Denver time lol! My husband who is the benefeciary is having toothache , couple months ago we went to the doctor I couldn't remember what was wrong but he kind of "patched" the tooth that was affected, I remember though that doctor mentioned if it hurts again to go back and might have to pull it.
Now, One reason my husband wouldn't go back even from time to time it bothers him is he has to pay out of pocket for it. It's open enrollment again and WOULD LOVE to add him to my insurance but he doesn't have SSN yet.

Do you think USCIS will consider expediting his ssn because of this, I can ask the dentist for proof , it just hurt to see him suffering like that. I could pay for the dentisit but he is just stubborn and wont listen he keeps saying he can wait ssn bla blal
Also, We have a lawyer which I will try to call him on
Monday to see what he thinks about it.

Thank you so much.
