Need Advise - Appointment of 8th Nov - Vancouver
Hello Friends,

I've been following this forum and it's very helpful. I have my appointment in Vancouver on 8th Nov. This is my first time H1B.

My Situation: I've been working on CPT since last year and OPT before that. While my H1 petition was pending and we replied to the RFE in Aug, I travelled to Canada on Oct 20th, planned to return on Oct 28th, reason for my visit was to collect my Canadian PR card. My H1B petition was approved on 23rd Oct. That means I cannot return to US on F1 stamping and have to get my H1 stamping here in Canada. Below is the list of documents that I’m carrying.
My Questions:
1. Will there be any complication during the interview?
2. What is the best way that I should explain my situation to the interviewer?
3. Apart from the below list should I carry anymore docs?
